1947 - Agreement of affiliation with Real Madrid C.F.
1967 - The Velodrome of Ciudad Lineal (home ground) becomes Estadio “Antonio Borrachero” 
21/06/1972 - A.D. Plus Ultra dissolves and Real Madrid C.F. acquires their rights, changing its name to Castilla Club de Fútbol and playing at the Ciudad Deportiva.


76/77 - Promoted to the newly created Segunda División B, obtains the 2º place and is promoted to Segunda División.
1980 - Faces Real Madrid’s first team in the Copa del Rey Final, being beaten 6-1, but also celebrating the title.

01/07/1990 - Becomes Real Madrid Deportivo
1991 - Promoted to Segunda División becoming Real Madrid “B”
26/06/2005 - After 8 years in Segunda B, Castilla is promoted to Segunda División. This promotion being the latest is commonly referred to as “El ascenso” (“The Promotion”)
